What ARRena does

ARRena is a public SaaS leaderboard ordered by verified recurring revenue. Founders submit a product, pay a one-time entry fee, and may connect a Stripe account through OAuth so ARRena can calculate aggregate revenue metrics.

Information we collect

• Product name, website, category, and the founder email submitted with an entry.
• Checkout identifiers and payment status for the one-time entry fee.
• The connected Stripe account identifier and an encrypted OAuth refresh token.
• Calculated aggregates including monthly recurring revenue, active subscription count, growth, currency, and sync time.
• Anonymous, aggregate visit information such as pages viewed, referrer, device type, and approximate location through Vercel Web Analytics.

Stripe access

ARRena requests read-only access needed to inspect active subscriptions and their recurring prices. Subscription records are processed to calculate leaderboard metrics; ARRena does not store customer names, customer contact details, card data, or individual subscription records. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked by disconnecting ARRena in the founder dashboard or from Stripe.

How information is used

We use the information to process entry payments, verify and refresh revenue metrics, operate the public leaderboard, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, provide support, and maintain service security. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

ARRena relies on Stripe for payments and account authorization, Neon for database hosting, Vercel for application hosting and privacy-friendly analytics, and Inngest for scheduled revenue synchronization. Information is retained while an entry is active or as needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request removal of your entry and associated personal information by contacting us.

Your choices

You may disconnect Stripe at any time. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing fiston.n@proton.me.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as ARRena develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Questions can be sent to fiston.n@proton.me.
